Costumes are encouraged but not required.

Can I bring outside food or drink?

Yes. This is a BYOB event. Food vendors will also be available on site.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Will there be seating?

Seating is available in the 200 seat amphitheater. Bringing a blanket is encouraged.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Friendly familiars are welcome! All pets must be leashed, well-behaved, and under control at all times. Please clean up after your companion and be mindful of crowds, noise, and other guests. Any animal showing aggressive or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave.

Is there a Weapons Policy?

Yes. For the safety of all guests, no real or functional weapons are permitted within the festival. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, knives, or any object capable of causing harm.

Costume props are welcome; however, they must be clearly non-functional, safe, and secured at all times. All prop weapons must be peace-tied or otherwise fastened so they cannot be drawn, and must remain sheathed or contained while on festival grounds. Props may not be used in any way that could be perceived as threatening, including mock combat or swinging. Projectile weapons or items capable of launching objects (including bows, crossbows, slingshots, or similar) are not permitted, even as props.

Toy weapons (foam swords, etc.) are welcome for lighthearted play—after all, what’s a festival without a bit of adventure? Just be mindful of those around you. No roughhousing, no full duels, and no swinging in crowded spaces.

Event staff reserve the right to inspect any prop or item and determine its suitability. Guests found in violation of this policy may be denied entry or asked to leave the event without refund.
